Pre-Event Planning & Customizing Your Day
Because the best weddings require great planning, we are always available to meet with you face-to-face, without limitations, to plan your wedding together.
For those that are planning their weddings from a great distance, we have other live options such as Skype, for getting together for those necessary meetings. We want you to have total confidence that your wedding day will be everything you have dreamed it can be by working with you directly in person, on the phone or through email.
Customizing your reception to suit your tastes is also very easy with our on-line planning tools. These on-line tools allow you to plan your reception in every detail and tells us how you envision your night to be. We are always available if you have any questions or need suggestions about anything when putting your planner together.
Set Up and Ready to Go
We will arrive prior to any of your guests and be setup ready to play when they arrive. You will have the confidence in knowing that when your guests arrive they will be welcomed with music already playing in the background and we will help them locate their seats, cocktails, beverages or appetizers, restrooms or make any needed announcements prior to your arrival for the Grand Introductions!
Master of Ceremonies
As a Marbecca trained Master of Ceremonies we will meet you at the door, coordinate your wedding party and make your formal Grand Introductions. We will keep you, your guests and any other vendors informed of each activity (cake cutting, garter & bouquet toss, etc.) throughout the event. You can simply relax and enjoy your reception and mingle with confidence that your event will run smoothly with our direction exactly as you envision it to.
